METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept MasterCard, VISA or Discover Card or you may send a cashier's check, money order, personal or business check. A fee of $30 will be charged for each returned check. We will also ship your order COD.

RETURNS

K Bar J will accept returns of merchandise only when you have called for approval. We will not accept returns for personalize items or custom orders. All orders for such items should be made in writing (or by fax) to insure accuracy.

METHOD OF SHIPMENT

All packages are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx and will be shipped ground freight, prepaid and will be added to your invoice. At your request we will be happy to ship orders using UPS Express Service at an additional charge to you.
